Hello Stacy,

Thank you so much for your response!

I went to look at subscriptions on my account and I am unable to my subscriptions pulled. Here is a screenshot:

I checked the link to see if I still have Office 2016 license. It is looking like I do, however I do have a question. Should I be able to log in with my credentials and use office 365 apps once it's successfully removed? Or would I have to reinstall office 365? Also is there a way to check if I have an Office 365 licensed?

Best,

Kevin

Hi Kevin D D

Thank you for coming back to forum. We also appreciate that you spent your precious time providing the detailed information with us.

Since you mentioned you can't find the subscription option with your office 365 account. May I know if you have bought the subscription of office 365?

If you removed the office 2016 license successfully, you still have Office apps installed, but you'll  see Unlicensed Product and activation errors in Office when you use Office apps. If you want  to use these apps again, you should activate again.(as long as your subscription is not expired.)

You can go to www.office.com > Account>Subscription> to see whether there is The latest desktop version of Office on the page as the screenshot below:
